I would be extremely embarrassed to sell such a solution. The App works randomly as they wish and what's terrible is that if you count on the app to manage your heating/cooling system home you are dreaming. It is a total nightmare. then the alternative is to use the local thermostat in your rooms that are reliable like a bear in a Honey field. Stuck most of the time. I have rebooted it millions of time and I ma a LUCKY user of this system since I got the new house. Well if I could I would change this Rehome system with something else IMMEDIATELY but unfortunately I'm stuck as once installed, changing it would be another nightmare. Oh.. forgot to mention, to have the app working from remote you pay extra.. then it does not work, but you paid for it... WORST service, WORST app ever seen, worst reliability, please check reviews of other systems if you can BEFORE choosing this one, if you can. Being in a new home and not been able to have your heating/cooling system set up at your preference is very uncomfortable, I am freezing now in my studio room and can't control it. Service call opened. the answer is " sorry we know the server is down ( my comment: AGAIN!!?? ) will be back ASAP (my comment: another week like last time... ) . Horrified.. Terrible...
