I ordered nearly $600,00 worth of goods from peserico.it .
I did not arrive and when I checked I found it was lying at the UPS warehouse in Bologna.
When I contacted them about this, they told me it is my problem to get the goods from UPS!
When I created a fuss they told me they opened a case with UPS.
When I tried to open a case at UPS they told me a case was opened with the tracking number, but when I tried to get info about the case it supposedly does not exist!
My general feeling is that Peserico and UPS are in cahoots to defraud customers, so please stay clear of both companies!
