Devo dire che la prima impressione è stata ottima, ho pensato " azienda seria , veloce, mi ha proprio risolto il problema".
Riassumendo ho pagato 250 euro per risolvere un problema su un macbook pro. Per una settimana è andato poi ha cominciato ad avere tutta una serie di problemi che non aveva, fino al completo non funzionamento della macchina.
Fatto presente, senza nemmeno aver visto il pc, hanno escluso categoricamente che i problemi successivi ( che prima non erano presenti) potessero essere dipesi dal loro intervento. si sono limitati a chiedermi di spedire la macchina a mie spese per un eventuale preventivo.
Riassumendo avevo una macchina che funzionava male ma funzionava.... tornata non funzionante con soli "250 euro di spesa.
Perplesso.
